We love pets and welcome them into our community.  Pets typically must be under 35lbs, spayed or neutered and kept indoors, except of course when going for walks, etc. Breeds such as Rotweilers, Pitbulls, Akitas, etc. are not permitted due to insurance reasons. If you have any questions regarding our pet policy or about your specific pet, please contact us.

In general, we are tenant-owned communities; however, please contact the community you are interested in for specific information regarding rentals, as it may vary.

Yes, but not just for us – it’s important for you to protect your investment! Please contact us or the specific community for relevant insurance requirements. 

Yes! We have a number of available lots just waiting for a home. Our current move in special offers to pay for the move of your existing home into our community at no cost to you! Contact us to learn more.

Getting pre-qualified means a quick look into your background and credit to determine if you can qualify for financing. Pre-qualified applicants are contacted first when a new home becomes available for purchase.

When demand is high, we add interested future residents to our waiting list so that they can be contacted directly when a home becomes available.
